Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY: - If you need to cancel/reschedule a booked class, you can only do so at least 12 hours in advance before the class start time. If you need to cancel less than 12h in advance, you will not be able to reschedule the class for free and you will lose it. You will not get a refund. - If you do not show up for a booked class, you will not be able to reschedule it for free and you will lose it. You will not get a refund. CLASS BOOKING: - Lessons will be written off from your balance on the billing date if they are not booked. All you need to do is book the lessons in any available slot on your tutor’s calendar – the lesson date can be before or after your billing date. Once the lessons are scheduled, they will not expire.
