Cancellation Policy

TRIAL CLASS POLICY: - You can only book one trial class; - If you need to cancel/reschedule a booked trial class, you can only do so at least 12 hours in advance before the class start time. If you need to cancel less than 12h in advance, you will not be able to reschedule the trial class and you will lose it; - If you do not show up for a booked trial class, you will not be able to reschedule it and you will lose it.
